Innovation Career Pathways are designed to give students coursework and experience in a specific high-demand industry, such as information technology, engineering, healthcare, and (soon to come) business & finance.
Innovation Career Pathways are designed to create strong partnerships with employers in order to expose students to career options and help them develop knowledge and skills related to their chosen field of study before they graduate high school.
Over the course of their high school experience, students will take a minimum of two technical courses, two advanced courses, and a series of complimentary seminars related to their pathways. The program culminates with either a capstone project or an internship during their senior year. This program features personal and professional development, workplace experience, industry recognized credentials, field trips, mentorship opportunities, industry connects, and ultimately gives students a leg up within their career and academic journeys.
Students enter the pathways during their Freshman (and in some cases, Sophomore) year.
