Medway Public Schools will be hosting a COVID-19 Vaccination clinic for anyone ages 12+ on Tuesday, June 8, from 12:00-5 PM. The clinic will operate out out of the Medway High School gymnasium and particpants should enter through the front gym entrance.
The clinic is being operated by CIC Health, who will be administering the Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine. For vaccine recipients under the age of 18, a consent form must be completed prior to receiving the vaccine, or a parent/guardian must be present during the time of vaccination. A follow-up clinic for second doses will be offered on June 29 at Medway High School. However, the second dose may be received elsewhere, within 42 days of the initial dose, if you are not able to attend the follow-up clinic.
