On Thursday, March 16, at 6:30 pm in the Medway Middle School Presentation Room, community members are invited to share public comments regarding the proposed FY24 budget with the School Committee. This is the final opportunity for community feedback before the School Committee vote on the FY24 budget planned as part of the regular School Committee meeting agenda later this evening. Feedback shared at the hearing will be acknowledged and noted, but there will not be a dialogue during the Budget Hearing.
At 7:00 pm this same evening, in the Medway Middle School Presentation Room, the School Committee will vote to forward the FY24 Medway Public Schools Budget to the Town of Medway to be included as part of the FY24 Town of Medway budget.

All Medway Public Schools will be released early today, Tuesday, March 14. This morning's rain is expected to turn to snow this afternoon/evening. There will be no afternoon Pre-K, and the release schedule will be as follows:
McGovern: noon.
Burke-Memorial: 11:30 am.
Medway Middle: 11:02 am.
Medway High: 11:34 am.
Also, please note that all afterschool activities are canceled for tomorrow.

Medway Public Schools, along with the Towns of Bellingham, Blackstone-Millville, DESE Licensure Personnel, Douglas, Grafton, Hopedale, Marlboro, Mendon-Upton, Millbury, Milford, Northbridge, Sutton, and Uxbridge, will hold a Job Fair on April 3! The Blackstone Valley's annual job fair will be held in the cafeteria of the Milford High School, 31 West Fountain Street, from 4:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Stay tuned for a list of job openings
Superintendent's update, dated March 9, 2023, includes a very important update about the Public Forum on the FY24 budget that is being held tonight at 7:00 pm. The School Committee and Dr. Pires will host a public forum for interested community members regarding the FY24 budget in the Presentation Room at the Medway Middle School. This session is interactive, and participant questions will be answered.
