Many of you have been coming along the journey of #DryJanuary with several of us 'SUP Medway Coalition members (who created posts shared throughout the month). Great work and keep it up for the last few days of this health challenge! Some may opt to continue or at least gain a new understanding of relationship to alcohol. Reflect how you feel and how to maintain any benefits you've experienced from this challenge.

Adults, learn about all the benefits for yourself and how you can positively impact your kids by participating in #dryjanuary. Please take this as an opportunity to discuss alcohol with your kids and your expectations for them. After all, their brains are still developing (until they are 25!), and alcohol can impair several brain functions.
Small, frequent conversations can make a big difference. Visit SAMHSA’s #TalkTheyHearYou for tips and resources https://www.samhsa.gov/.../parent.../small-conversations...
