Deployment Schedule: We would like to remind families that devices will be collected at the end of the school year from all seniors and 8th-grade students. Devices should be in good working order and returned with the charger for reuse in other areas. In the Fall, new devices will be deployed to all 5th and 9th-grade students with an intended use for four (4) years.
Chromebook Repair and Invoicing: Devices needing repair can be dropped off at the Medway Middle School main office. Devices covered under the optional insurance policy will be sent out for repair at no charge to the family, uninsured devices will be repaired in-house, and an invoice for parts will be mailed to the family. Invoices are due within thirty days, and any outstanding charges can be found in the Parent Portal under the Fees menu option. The Technology Department would like to remind families that devices found to be vandalized will result in the student losing their privilege to be issued a school-owned device.
