Medway Police Department, Fire Department, and Medway DPW, along with several surrounding communities, will conduct ASHER (Active Shooter/Hostile Event Response) at Medway High School on Wednesday, 4/19/23 from 8:00 - 3:00 pm.
Math Learning Survey (Grades 6-12). Responses Needed.
As has been shared, the impact of the school closures and unfinished learning over the last couple of years has been most notable in our students' mathematics' learning at the middle and secondary levels. As we continue exploring ways to mitigate these learning needs, we seek feedback from families, students, and educators regarding what has been working and what the district should consider moving forward. Representatives from the district will have an opportunity to partner with leaders from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in early May, where about 50 districts will come together to explore ways in which to mitigate various instructional needs collaboratively.
We look forward to this opportunity and greatly appreciate having perceptual information from families, students, and educators to support this planning.
